Founder and President

Mr. Fredes is Founder and President of Freedom Technology Solutions (FTS), Incorporated. As President, he is responsible for the strategic vision, tactical implementation, and overall management of the company. He has served the Intelligence Community for more than 15 years in roles such as Multi-INT solutions architect, systems integrator, systems engineer and software development. His professional experience includes working at a Fortune 500 company; Raytheon Technologies prior to forming FTS, Inc.

Mr. Fredes provides senior level engineering and technical direction to the development of innovative mission solutions for the U.S. Government and Intelligence Community. He is regularly called upon for his systems engineering expertise and specializes in system engineering for the Intelligence Community. He holds an MS from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
